We are so lucky to live so close to Boston. Not only do we have so many things to do for kids and families right here in Plymouth and the surrounding area, we also have all that a world-class city has to offer just a short drive away.
There are two things my son loves more than anything in the world: Star Wars and Legos. We were so lucky that the two worlds collided at the LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston this past weekend. And we got to go!
The brand new intergalactic display, LEGO® Star Wars™ MINILAND Model, opened on Saturday, February 10, 2018. This new display will be featured during February School Vacation Week, Feb. 19-25, with additional LEGO® Star Wars themed activities. The new exhibit depicts the First Battle of Geonosis in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. Each display will recreate favorite scenes in Star Wars™Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
When we visited last weekend we loved the replicas of a Gladiator-style battle between Jedi and Geonosians on Geonosis, Jango Fett clones lining up on Kamino, Jango Fett battling Anakin Skywalker featuring Slave Ship 1 and Boba Fett.
My favorite part was all the LEGO® Star Wars™ in the large Boston city model. Jack and his friend Chase LOVED it all.
