Greater Plymouth Area Bike Trails 

Cape Cod Canal Bike Trail 

Canal Service Road Bourne, MA 


The beautiful scenic trails runs for 7 miles along the cannel. The wide, paved and mostly flat trail is perfect for even the youngest riders. There are many places to start and stop your journey along the canal. 

Length - 7 miles | Trial Map | Parking - Multiple Locations | Difficulty - Easy 

Nelson Park Bike Trail 

235 Water Street Plymouth, MA 


You aren't going to get a better view on a ride than this. This shady and flat trail offers a cool ride even on the hottest days. With views of Plymouth Harbor you begin and return the small free parking lot.  

Length - 1 mile | Parking - free parking lot | Difficulty - Easy 

Myles Standish State Forest 

194 Cranberry Road Carver, MA 


Miles of trails through out the Myles Standish State Forest are paved and perfect for biking. Find their full network of trails HERE. Looking for a more challenging ride with your older children? Check out the Rocky Pond Path to Bog Pond loop. This 7.4 mile round trip ride offers a paved path that winds through the pine, spruce and scrub oak forests. But even if you have a younger rider there is still a lot of trails and fun in the Myles Standish State Forest.

Mattapoisett Rail Trail 

24 Mattapoisett Neck Road Mattapoisett, MA 


This paved path through the forest of Mattapoisett is a safe place for even the youngest rider. This 1.5 miles of trail has endless possibilities with option to venture off the paved path on to other trails, including continuing your ride on the the Phoenix Bike Trail of Fairhaven.

Length - 1.5 miles | Difficulty - Easy
