When I learned about Earthy + Crunchy Co while writing Macaroni Kid Plymouth’s Valentine’s Day guide, I was first drawn to the shower melts. It was the relaxation of a bath bomb, but without the time commitment of running a bath. The shop offers these shower melts in a few different scents. I was lucky enough to get a chance to try the Rosemary + Lavender Shower Melts. I was so impressed!
All I did was place the melt in the perfect spot . For me, the perfect spot was a place in my shower that is not too far from the water, but also isn’t directly in the water stream. I also found that the higher the melt was, the better the scent. Once I found that perfect spot, I could instantly smell the calming rosemary and lavender scent. I was immediately relaxed. While my shower lasted less than 10 minutes, I got out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A true self care life hack!
