πŸ˜‹Two Ingredient Cereal Yogurt Bark

A fun and easy recipe for kids to help with!

By Erin Michael, Plymouth MA Macaroni Kid Publisher April 28, 2021

My kids LOVE yogurt. And I love its nutritional profile. This fun, totally customizable recipe is a great one for kids to help with - and its also a healthy, fun snack!

INGREDIENTS:

~16 oz yogurt of choice (we like Cabot's Honey Greek Yogurt-tons of protein!)

~1 cup colorful cereal (we use a mix of froot loops and lucky charms to add some fun color!)

STEPS:

1. Lay a piece of parchment paper in a 13 x 9 pan.

2. Using a rubber spatula, spread the yogurt onto the pan. Make sure the yogurt is thick enough to break into bark pieces when frozen. I do at least half an inch of thickness.

3. Sprinkle cereal over the yogurt, spacing it out evenly.

4. Freeze until set.

5. Break into pieces of bark. Serve immediately, or keep in a freezer bag.

6. ENJOY!

NOTE: The yogurt bark melts pretty quickly, so plan accordingly (we put ours in a bowl, then eat whatever melts with a spoon.)
