Join Plymouth Macaroni Kid's Birthday Club today! Birthdays are special, and Plymouth Macaroni Kid wants to help make it a memorable one for your child!
Fill out our form and your child will receive a shout out in our newsletter, on our social media pages (first name and last initial ONLY). Your child will receive a digital card (sent to your email address) or a mailed card designed by our family (if you choose to share your home address) from your friends at Plymouth Macaroni Kid! We will start our birthday club celebrations in August 2021.
The birthday club is open to children 18 years and under. You may fill out a separate form for each child. In order to take part in our birthday club, you must be a Plymouth Macaroni Kid subscriber. If you are not yet a subscriber, filling out our form will automatically subscribe you. As a subscriber, we respect your privacy, and will never share or sell your information. Promotion subject to change.
