One of the best things about A Mother's Touch Cleaning Co is their reminder texts. A couple days before the cleaning, the night before, and about 20 minutes before the cleaners arrive, I receive a text telling me when the cleaners will be there. It serves as a great reminder for me - but I also know it keeps them on schedule too! They have never missed a cleaning at our scheduled time - unless it was due to US being sick. This may seem small but it makes a huge difference to us - a family with two working parents and kids in daycare makes for some chaotic schedules and I appreciate all the reminders I can get!
They do a great job!
In addition to being honest, punctual, and reliable - they are actually really good at what they do. My house is cleaner than I ever could have gotten it myself. Even better, they clean my house in less than 2 hours! If you work from home or are a stay at home parent, I know you can appreciate this! While we try to have our dog in daycare when the cleaners come, there are some times when it just doesn't work out. For example, one day this fall our doggie daycare flooded but we still desperately needed our house cleaned. Amy and her crew were happy to work around our dog in her crate- and even left her a treat when they were done.
They give back to the community
Just this past holiday season, A Mother's Touch Cleaning Co hosted a food drive for the Restoration Community Church in Kingston. They raised money as well as purchased Market Basket gift cards and so much food to donate to families in need as well as the food pantry. Their family delivered it all to the church.
