Description
Summer starts on May 29th at Ned's Point Lighthouse in Mattapoisett. Every Saturday we will be offering outdoor yoga (weather permitting)! We are excited to be part of the return of this beloved event back to the community!
A group of south coast finest yoga teachers will be teaching outside a lovely variety of accessible yoga classes that are joyous, heart-felt, and therapeutic. Have a blissful time on the lawn watching the boats scoot by, and let the sun warm your body, all while doing a wonderful thing for your self-care and the community.
Classes are donation-based (which BTW, is not the same as free). Proceeds from Lighthouse Yoga classes will go to Friends of Jack Foundation, providing and supports overlooked programs that enhance the physical, mental and emotional health and well-being of children across the SouthCoast region of Massachusetts. Please give as much as you can afford.
